1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wosm.io ("Website") and all digital products provided by wosm, a company based in Slovakia. By accessing the Website or purchasing any digital product ("Product"), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the Website or purchase any Products.
2. Digital Products and Delivery
All Products offered by wosm are digital products delivered electronically. Delivery is considered completed immediately upon access or download. You acknowledge that digital products cannot be physically returned, and therefore all sales are final unless wosm, at its sole discretion, determines that a refund is appropriate.
3. Refund Policy (Discretionary Only)
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of wosm. Refunds may be issued only in cases where wosm determines that a legitimate issue exists, such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical delivery errors. Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted directly to wosm support, and wosm reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet internal criteria.
4. Strict No-Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from wosm, you expressly waive any right to file a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other financial institution. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms. wosm will dispute all chargebacks with full evidence of delivery. Any customer who files an unauthorized chargeback may be permanently banned from accessing or purchasing Products, and wosm may pursue legal action for losses resulting from fraudulent disputes.
5. Licensing and Usage Restrictions
Upon purchase, wosm grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or approved business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, leak, share, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any Product unless explicitly permitted by wosm in writing. Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of Products constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action, account termination, and financial liability.
6. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on the Website, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify wosm immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. wosm is not responsible for account breaches resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
7. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is listed on the Website and may change at any time without notice. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you accept all Terms, including the strict no-chargeback policy.
8. Prohibited Access (Anti-Cheat, Developers, and Related Affiliates)
No individuals who are employed by, contracted by, affiliated with, related to, or otherwise connected to any anti-cheat provider, game developer, game publisher, moderation team, investigative team, or any entity involved in game security, detection systems, or anti-cheat development may access, purchase, use, or view any Products offered by wosm. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who works for, represents, has family connections to, or is otherwise linked to any of the following entities: Epic Games or Easy Anti-Cheat (Fortnite), Ubisoft or BattlEye (Rainbow Six Siege), Riot Games or Riot Vanguard (Valorant), Activision or RICOCHET Anti-Cheat (Call of Duty), Global Sentix or related Rust anti-cheat providers, any FiveM anti-cheat including VanillaAC or Lyxia Anticheat, and any GTA Online anti-cheat or Rockstar-associated security team. Access by any such individuals is strictly forbidden. Any breach of this clause constitutes unauthorized access and a violation of these Terms. wosm reserves the right to terminate access immediately and may pursue legal action, including damages, for any violation.
9. Service Modifications and Availability
wosm may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Product, feature, or part of the Website at any time without notice. wosm is not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or changes to Product availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Slovak and EU law, wosm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Products. Products are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties unless required by law. You acknowledge that use of all Products is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wosm and its owners, affiliates, partners, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. By using the Website, you consent to this jurisdiction.
13. Revisions and Updates
wosm may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
