01Who is responsible

The data controller for this storefront is LOCKOFF OPERATIONS LLC, trading as WOSM. Support and privacy requests go to support@wosmcheats.com with the subject line “Privacy”. Payments may be processed by affiliated entities named in the corporate disclosure on this website; product delivery, licensing and this policy remain the responsibility of LOCKOFF OPERATIONS LLC.

02What we collect

We collect the following when you browse, check out, activate a key or contact support:

• Email address — the only address we can deliver a key, receipt and support replies to. You are responsible for typing an address you control.
• Order details — product, duration, price, quantity, coupon, timestamp, order ID and the terms version shown at checkout.
• Terms acceptance record — the time you pressed Pay, Buy now or Continue to payment, the pages linked next to that button, and the order those records belong to. Pressing those buttons is your electronic signature.
• Payment confirmation — a success or failure signal and a reference from the payment provider (currently Shoppex for cards, wallets and bank methods, and a crypto gateway for coin payments). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Checkout technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, approximate locale, and a device fingerprint of the browser used to place the order. These are kept as proof of who authorised the purchase.
• Delivery record — payment-confirmation time, the time the delivery email was handed to our mail provider, the destination address, the key ID, and whether the provider accepted the message. Opening the email is not required for delivery to be complete.
• License activation records — which key was activated, when, and on which machine fingerprint. The loader sends license checks so we can enforce one-machine limits and move a key when support resets hardware.
• Support records — emails, contact-form messages, Discord tickets and closed-ticket transcripts you look up or we store, including attachments you send.
• Server logs — IP address, user-agent and requested paths, kept for fraud prevention and debugging.

03What we deliberately do not collect

• No store accounts, usernames or passwords.
• No marketing pixels, ad networks or cross-site trackers.
• No sale, rental or list-sharing of your email.
• The software does not harvest your files, browsing history or unrelated personal data. It sends license checks, status checks and anonymous crash reports needed to keep the product running.

04How we use your data

We use the data above only to:

• Take payment, allocate a key and deliver it to the email you entered.
• Send the receipt, loader link and setup guide, and to re-send them if you ask.
• Enforce the license (one customer, one machine) and process hardware resets.
• Answer support and keep a record of what was said and what was fixed or replaced.
• Prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse, including blocking payment methods, emails and hardware tied to disputes.
• Compile an evidence file for a payment network, card scheme or law enforcement if a charge is disputed: terms acceptance, order and payment details, checkout IP and device fingerprint, delivery record, activation logs and support history.
• Meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

05Why we are allowed to do this

Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing the contract you form at checkout (delivery, license, support); our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, defending payment disputes and securing the service; and legal obligations (tax and accounting). Where a law requires consent for a specific cookie or email, we ask for it. Restock or release emails are sent only if you asked for them.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Each processor receives only what their function requires:

• Shoppex and its payment processors — to take card, wallet and bank payments. They receive payment details directly and are PCI-DSS certified.
• A cryptocurrency payment gateway — to generate a per-order address.
• A transactional email provider — to send keys, receipts and support mail.
• Hosting and CDN providers — to serve the website, loader downloads and our databases.
• Discord — if you open a ticket there; that conversation is also subject to Discord’s terms.
• Payment networks, card schemes, fraud-prevention services, collection agencies and law enforcement — when a payment is disputed, a chargeback is filed, or we are legally required to disclose.
• Affiliated companies named in the corporate disclosure — only as needed to route a payment or meet a regional obligation. They do not become a separate store you bought from.

07How long we keep it

Order, payment-reference, terms-acceptance, delivery and activation records are kept for as long as tax law requires — typically six to seven years — and for as long as we may need them to defend a payment dispute on that order. Server logs are deleted after 30 days unless they are part of an active fraud or dispute file. Support tickets and transcripts are kept for the life of the related order and for a reasonable period after, so we can continue a conversation and show what was already done. License activation records live for the life of the key so we can honour transfers and reactivations.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data tied to your order ID, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email support@wosmcheats.com with the subject line “Privacy” and your order ID. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster.

We may refuse or limit deletion where we must keep the record for tax law, fraud prevention or an open or reasonably anticipated payment dispute. Deleting an email address does not cancel a completed sale or create a refund.

09Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is required to keep a checkout session, a cart and security controls working — typically a session cookie or equivalent browser storage. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may then fail.

10International processing

Our hosts, payment providers and mail provider may process data in the United States and other countries. Where a transfer law applies we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses). By completing checkout you understand that your order data will leave your country if that is what delivery and payment require.

11Age

The store is for people who are at least 18, or the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an order was placed by a minor we may revoke the key and delete data we are not required to keep.

12Changes

The effective date at the top of this page is the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Orders are governed by the policy in force when the order was placed.
